Anodised aluminium: The 5-year shell

We use 1.2mm thick aluminium alloy, formed by profile extrusion and finished with fine sandblasting. This creates a matte metallic texture that is scratch-resistant (tested to 4H pencil hardness) and fade-resistant. It is built to survive a 1.2m drop onto a cement floor without deforming.

The safety of BPA-free materials

Many cheap plastic organisers leach phthalates or BPA into the tablets they hold, especially if left in a warm car or bag. Our internal tray is made from food-grade Polypropylene (PP) that is fully EU Food Contact Safety and REACH compliant. It is non-toxic, latex-free, and phthalate-free.
